Two years after a medical helicopter crashed north of La Crosse, killing three people aboard, the cause of the wreck still has not been determined.

The National Transportation Safety Board filed a factual summary about the accident months ago, but has not issued a final report. Three men were on the chopper...a doctor, a nurse, and the pilot. The Med Flight medical director, Dr. Ryan Wubben, says he still thinks about the crash every day, but the accident does not 'define' Med Flight as an agency. The company's helicopters now include night vision equipment that they didn't have the night of the crash.
