Representative Mike Huebsch Remains Cautious on Economy

If the economic picture is indeed brighter. Who or what deserves the credit? Natural cycles in the economy or action taken by the feds and Wisconsin lawmakers?

Representative Mike Huebsch admits he sees signs the economy is improving. But, he points out that the recession hit Wisconsin later than a number of other states and the recovery will probably come later as well.
