After nine drunk driving arrests, Jody Hall of La Crosse won't be back behind the wheel for a while...

Hall apparently will be committed to a hospital, after being judged incompetent for a trial. He was facing up to 10 years in prison. Hall's last arrest was in February. He had sideswiped a La Crosse police car, and spit at an officer while claiming to have AIDS. Police also saw Hall banging his head several times.
