The dispute over voter ID in Wisconsin goes back to the appeals courts...
The state Supreme Court has decided not to rule on the ID law. And for local election officials like La Crosse County clerk Ginny Dankmeyer, it means conducting elections the same way they've been doing things already.
With the law being blocked by lower-court judges, Wisconsin voters still do not have to show an ID at the polls when they vote.
Voters in Holmen spoke out about fluoridation five years ago...and they may be asked to speak out again.
The Holmen Village Board has scheduled a special meeting this Thursday...to discuss the possibility of a new referendum on putting fluoride in the water. Just last week, the board voted to resume the fluoridation that was temporarily halted two years ago. The special meeting is being requested by two of those board members who called for a halt to fluoridation...which was approved in a 2008 referendum.
