Onalaska Ready For Comments On Waterfront

Public meetings start next week in Onalaska for the city to get a good grasp
on what it is their citizens want along the waterfront. Brea Grace, Land Use & Development Director with the City of Onalaska says it's the community's waterfront....and the city wants their ideas.
Grace says it’s a strong plan and they'd like to gather some additional public input to confirm how to develop Onalaska’s waterfront and if anything should change from the 2008 plan before they start developing engineered drawings for construction. Info from the public meeting will then be discussed at the city level in late September and early October.
