Assault Charges Filed Against UWL Students

Two U-W-La Crosse students face long prison sentences, if they're found guilty of sexually assaulting a third student in a campus dorm.

Casey Gudis and Brayden Wienke  now are formally charged with first-degree sexual assault, for allegedly using the handle of a lint roller to assault another male student. The incident reportedly happened last week at Sanford Hall, near the stadium. Wienke and Gudis each could get 60 years in prison, if convicted.
