E-Cigarette Rules In Onalaska Take Effect This Weekend

The new ordinance was passed by the city council last week, replacing more modest rules.  One La Crosse health educator is prepared to speak to groups in the area about the potential hazards of aerosol from the tobacco substitutes:

Judi Zabel (ZAH-bull) from the county health department says the labeling of e-cigs has caused confusion for police.  She tells us electronic cigarettes are still not covered by Wisconsin's smoke-free air law.
