BNSF Track Work May Take a Little While

A second set of train tracks through part of La Crosse is not yet a done deal.  The city and BNSF are still working on an agreement for the rail company to lay a parallel set of tracks between Central high and the northside.   And that agreement may take awhile, says mayor Tim Kabat

Currently, the sides are still trying to work out who owns the land that the four miles of tracks would go on.
