Attorney General's Office Studies Jennings Accident

There's still a chance that criminal charges could be filed over that Holmen area car crash involving a teenage driver and a La Crosse County squad car...

A spokesman for the state justice department says the crash report is being studied now by an assistant attorney general, who will decide whether to charge anyone. Sixteen-year-old Brandon Jennings was killed in the collision with a squad car last July. The deputy behind the wheel of the squad had been dispatched to a fight that broke out in a Holmen bar. Details of the accident report will not be released publicly until after the assistant A-G has made her decision about charges.
