Bumps Continue on Road to Garbage Transition

It hasn't been a problem-free roll out of La Crosse's new garbage service over the first month.  There's been plenty of people in the city just not putting their carts back after garbage pick-up.  There's been misplaced carts.  Some misuse of the recycling carts.  We asked city public works director, Dale Hexom when the city will start enforcing the rules for garbage in a meaningful way

Hexom says one of the things that has worked well is single-stream recycling;  he says that's greatly increased recycling in the city.
