Pet Proposal Response From One Councilman; 'Meh'

There's been some pretty serious issues that have come before the La Crosse city council.  Putting new limits on the number of dogs and cats per household doesn't seem to rise to that level for city councilman James Cherf

Three dogs and cats total is the new proposal from northside city council rep Ryan Cornett.  Cornett believes people are hard pressed to care responsibly for more than three pets.  The city council will consider Cornett's proposal at meetings next month.
