City Council to Weigh Fate of Senior Centers
La Crosse's city council may finally get down to the business of deciding what to do with a couple of senior centers. The centers have long been considered aging and in need of repair. Now the city council is being asked to consider the future of both. Including, possibly, what senior programming should look like in La Crosse, says city council president Dick Swantz
At a meeting this week, the city's board of public works gives the council the responsibility of determining the fate of the two centers.
