Board Member Not Liking Jail Location

In 2009, 7 Monroe County Board members were recalled due their yes votes on

the approval of a new $28 million justice center. Tomah's Pete Peterson was one of them. He eventually got re-elected but says he is not the only current board member that disagrees as to where the center will be built.
