A LaCrosse fire fighter arrested over the weekend after a standoff with local cops has taken a personal leave.  On Saturday night Thomas Morstatter shot a gun off inside his 16th street home.  Police blocked off a portion of the street and surrounded the area for hours until Morstatter finally ended the standoff.   He has worked as a LaCrosse firefighter for almost 13 years.  City human resources tells Wizzum News that they will only make a decision on Morstatter's employment status if he's convicted of a crime.
