State Aid Ripoff's

Public assistance fraud is growing in Wisconsin and several state senators are trying to put a stop to all of it. Kathleen Vinehout, Democrat from Alma says the taxpayers of the state are paying for every penny given to recipients that should not qualify at all.

State Senator Alberta Darling is circulating a bill that would, among other things, give the state Department of Justice jurisdiction to prosecute cases of public assistance fraud. Vinehout says she's all for it.
