Poverty Group Sees Little to Cheer in Budget

While governor Walker is proud of the budget he's signed this week, some complain about a lack of positive impact the budget has for those living in poverty.  Grace Jones, at Coulee Cap, is among those who say doing things like refusing a medicaid expansion only hurts families at or near the poverty level.  Jobs, she says; that's what people in poverty need

Jones says actually two thirds of people working in poverty work an average of 1.7 jobs because the work they do doesn't pay enough.
