Heroin Problem Seems To Be Growing In La Crosse

Dr. Eric Grube (GREW-BEE) did his medical residency in Ohio but did his undergraduate work in La Crosse. Now that he's back, Grube now directs the E.R. at Mayo Clinic Health Systems. So what does he think of La Crosse's drug problem?

Grube says most of the OD cases he sees are heroin driven. Yes, cocaine and marijuana are still in the area, but Grube says he cannot believe the amount of heroin here. He says stronger education of the matter has got to be number one to combat the growing problem.
