Kisken Complaint Details Numerous Charges
Maybe a reason why former La Crosse municipal prosecutor Pete Kisken lingered
on paid administrative leave for nearly a year before getting fired. Actually, more like 32 of them. In extensive documents we've received from city hall today, the city lays out its 32 point investigation into the conduct of Kisken that led to him getting put on leave last May and then fired weeks ago. Among many other things, the investigation concludes that Kisken was having a sexual relationship with former planning department administrator Liana Escott while at work and exchanging numerous and graphic emails during that relationship.
