La Crosse Streets on Hundred Year Plan

If you have a city street you want to complain about, maybe it's one of those that are on the one hundred year plan.  At the current rate of replacement, La Crosse city streets have to last more than a hundred years.  Just a function of current city finances, says city public works director, Dale Hexom

Hexom says the city spends a couple million dollars during a construction season on road renewal.  Concrete streets last the longest.  Asphalt?  No so long.
