Surplus Revision Renews Battle Over Income Tax Cut

With a growing budget surplus, governor Walker has strengthened his argument for a middle income tax cut.   But Bob Jacobson, from the Wisconsin Budget Project, doesn't like the plan.  He says the cut would make the state's overall taxing policy even more regressive than it already is

New report from the state's Legislative Fiscal Bureau shows the state's projected surplus now at over a half billion dollars.
