Woman Earns Citation for Dog Attack

Nothing wrong with taking your American bulldog for a walk downtown.   You can even stop by a bar for a drink.   But you can't sick your dog on a guy you meet in the bar while you're downtown.  That's what La Crosse police say 41 year old Julia Barth did with her dog on Friday evening.  Cops say Barth was ticked off at a guy who tried to buy a drink for a younger woman she was with at a downtown bar.  The dog tore a hole in the victim's pants and bit his shoe but the guy was otherwise unhurt.  Barth earned a disorderly conduct citation for the dog attack.  The dog's in quarantine.
