2 Busted For Shake And Bake Meth Lab

2 western Wisconsin men have been busted by Vernon County authorities for

making meth. 22 year old Ura Gingerich of Cashton and 48 year old Lawrence Ramsey of Sparta were arrested after a tip and investigation into manufacturing meth was conducted by Vernon County.

With the assistance of West Central Drug Task Force, both men were arrested Saturday for possession of drug paraphernalia. Further investigation determined the existence of a shake and bake meth lab within the 1999 black Mercury Cougar owned by Gingerich. The Sheriff says Gingerich has been manufacturing and redistributing meth for the last four months in Vernon County and the surrounding areas.

Charges have been referred to the Vernon County District Attorney for multiple felony drug counts.
