Sparta Really Grasping Bullying

Sparta's standing by their word that bullying will not be tolerated....this after a 12 year old boy was assaulted on a bus last month. Bus monitor training has started though School Board Chair, Joan Cook says you can't just walk up and get in a bus.
Cook says parents' concerns about bullying are being taken seriously.
