Months and months of paying for a high-level La Crosse city employee to do nothing and that employee is finally learning why he was suspended.  The city has informed municipal prosecutor Pete Kisken why he was put on administrative leave last spring.  Kisken's attorney Micheal Fox won't tell us yet what the charges are.  But Fox says this case is a first for him

At least not after ten months of not knowing.  Kisken and a planning department administrator were escorted from city hall at the end of May last year and placed on administrative leave.  The other employee has since resigned.
