La Crosse cops didn't have to chase down one drunk driver this week-end.  He came to them.   Police say the 29 year-old was on his way home to Onalaska from downtown over the week-end at night and turned into the parking lot of Kentucky Fried Chicken on the northside.  The parking lot where a cop was sitting in his squad.  The guy drove past the cop and hit the KFC sign, crumpling his front end and lurching to a stop.  Officer says the guy was stumbling and slurring, admitted he was drunk, and blew a .23.  Police arrested the guy for his second OWI.
