A guy from Rockford, Ilinois found himself a whole mess of trouble in La Crosse over the week-end.  Cops say 40 year-old Johnnie Banks was nearly doing sixty in a thirty mile per hour zone on George Street when they caught up to him.  They say Banks was pretty drunk.  He admitted as much and admitted to smoking synthetic marijuana as well.  And then they found a stash of crack under the seat, a thousand bucks in his pocket and a digital scale in the trunk.  Banks faces charges for his fourth OWI, speeding and crack dealing.
