Cullen Points Out Mining Issues Before Senate

Democrat Tim Cullen of Janesville takes issue with a mining bill up for debate in Wisconsin. In front of the senate Wednesday, Cullen points at two issues he says must not get overlooked.

Democrats contend the bill relaxes environmental protections. Republicans maintain the mine would create hundreds of jobs. The state Assembly is expected to take up the bill next week. Republicans control that house as well as the senate.
