The Sparta Police department says a woman's claims that the department is doing nothing after her son was bullied on a bus last week are false. Chief Mike Kass says they started working the case the day after Misty Morales filed a complain with them.

Morales' 13 year old son was beaten up on while on a bus last Tuesday......and Kass says charges could come against one of the juvenile students involved. He says the investigation could be wrapped up by tomorrow.
