Tax Group Head Questions Governor's Budget Vision

Questions about the future come up when Todd Berry looks at governor Walker's budget proposal.  Berry, head of the Wisconsin Taxpayers Alliance, says it's shortsighted for the governor to spend everything the state is taking in over the next few years, rather than beef up the state's rainy day reserves.  Especially after how the first two years of the Walker administration went

Although the state has technically had a reserve fund for decades, it's been mostly empty for all but a few years of that time.
