Part of Governor Walkers proposed budget plan to be released today, includes money for Low performing schools who will have more opportunities to improve and strong schools will be rewarded for their hard work. Walker says he would kick in a $64 million grant program for public schools to coincide with the new report card system. Somehing Randy Nelson with the La Crosse schools is against.
