The West Salem School District is currently the largest district in the

Coulee Conference. In the MVC, where the WIAA wants to put them, the Panthers would be in the lower tier when talking district size. Superintendent, Troy Gunderson says if the WIAA votes for the move in April, competing in sports will be awfully tough for his district.

The vote was to be taken last week but bad weather forced the vote to be put off until April.
