Nelson Questions Report Cards And New Money

Governor Scott Walker says even more money will be targeted to schools showing improvement or those already at a high level. Walker says he also will provide incentives to low performing schools that have a plan to turn things around. All based on the new school report card grading system, which La Crosse Superintendent, Randy Nelson questions.

Walker discussed the idea last week at the state education conference In Milwaukee......attended by teachers, administrators and others from across the state.
