No Predictions Being Made For Recall Election Turnout

They've printed a few hundred ballots, in case there's a big turnout...

But the La Crosse City Clerk's office isn't making a prediction about how many voters could cast ballots in a special recall race tomorrow. City council president Audrey Kader is being opposed for her 11th district council seat by Gage Maurer and Jerome Gundersen. Kader is accused of trying to limit the amount of public comment at city council meetings, and of ignoring the wishes of the public. Just one polling place will be open for the election...St. Paul's Lutheran Church, on West Avenue. If no one gets more than 50 per cent of the vote on Tuesday, there will be a second election in late February.
