Cultural Center Back On Track
The wheels on the Onalaska Great River Cultural and Tourism
Center are
back
in motion after a slight design delay. We talked with City Planner, Brea
Grace about where the plans are now.
Monies are coming from the National Scenic Byways Program, which is providing more than $1.2 million in grants. The city has committed almost $380 thousand in matching funds. Ground should be broken in the fall of 2014.
