Former La Crosse Police Chief, Ed Kondracki has seen his share of alcohol related deaths in the past.
One main reason the chief was named Thursday as chair of the Changing the Culture of Risky Drinking Behavior Coalition. He says he'll use what he learned as chief, in his new role, spearheading the binge drinking problem.
