Truck tows and triple tickets will get a vote this week in La Crosse.  The city council will decide on a plan to allow towing of cars parked on the wrong side of the street during clean-up of a big snow.  The measure would also allow tripling of alternate side parking fees during snow events.  Both would be a big help on some problem streets, says city coucnil member Bob Seaquist

Seaquist thinks both the ticketing and the towing measure will impact only a very small minority of drivers in the city.
