Not always the easiest thing to plow streets in la Crosse.  City public works director Dale Hexom anticipates some problems with big snow likely on the way to the city in the next couple of days.  That would be helped tremendously, he says, by people just parking on the right side of the street every night so plows can get through.  Also helpful, says Hexom, giving plows room to do their job
