An Appleton man this week, after getting his car rammed into and then was beaten by 2 men with keys, decided enough was enough, and pulled out a hand gun on the perps. Wausau cops showed up and made no arrests in the matter. Why? The man had a concealed carry permit. We got local reaction from the former Vice President of Wisconsin Carry, Hubert Hoffman.

The 2 men, both from Michigan, who did the ramming and beating  face charges including battery and disorderly conduct. Police don’t know what triggered the road rage incident.
