Quieter Now at Troubled Southside Property

Life has become a little quieter for Jason Devine.  Devine and his family live next to the property at 1321 south 4th street that has had more police calls than any other in the city.  But not since Oktoberfest.  Devine tells us that it's been pretty quiet since Maple Leaf Saturday when there was fights and a stabbing and a shooting.  A huge relief, he says

1321 south 4th was the first property in the city which was labeled a public nuisance under a new ordinance.  The landlord has been fined and charged for police calls since then.
