No decision yet on either the challenge or the challenge rebuttal for the recall of La Crosse's city council president.  Audrey Kader last week challenged recall petitions as invalid because, in most cases, they lacked proper addresses.  Recall organizers filed a rebuttal to that challenge on Friday, calling Kader's challenge frivolous and defending the legitmacy of the recall signatures and addresses.   City clerk Teri Lehrke says she has until December 17th to rule on the issue and plans on getting guidance from the city's legal department and the state Government Accountability Board.
