Competitions Prove Brutus a K9 Police Superdog

The La Crosse police department's drug dog turns out to be a pretty good one.  Brutus, a German Shepherd, has been with with the department for three years.  Brutus and his partner, Casey Rossman finished in first place in the drug detector course at the United States Police Canine Association contest held this week-end in Duluth.   Brutus and Rossman got a perfect score beating out 39 other K9 units for top dog honors.  Brutus also recently got top honors for a regional police dog certification held in Mindoro.
