Community Formu This Week for La Crosse School Plan

Nothing would really happen tomorrow even if the community openly embraced a long range building plan by the La Crosse school district.
But it's good to have a plan, says superintendent Jerry Kember, in order to keep priorities straight.   Top of the list: having good facilities for kids to go to school in and making budget ends meet.
This week, on Saturday morning at the Hogan Administration Building, the district hosts a public engagement on the long range plan that includes, among many other provisions, tearing down schools and building new ones.
