Still not a certainty that a recall for La Crosse city council president Audrey Kader will occur.  Kader has challenged the majority of the signatures on the recall petition handed in to the city clerk's office earlier this month.  Over 250 signatures were on the petitions.  But Kader says all but 66 of those are invalid, most because they're Viterbo student signatures with school mailboxes as opposed to street addresses.  The group that started the recall plans to file a rebuttal to that challenge tomorrow.
