Teenage smoking rates are dropping...and in Wisconsin...the numbers look strong according to a new national report.
Arthur Hughes of the Office of Applied Studies says while the numbers of teens smoking drops...the number of them knowing the health risks of smoking continue to rise. And that puts Wisconsin in the top 10%.
