Another healthy month for home sales in Wisconsin in October.  Extremely healthy, according to the Wisconsin Realtors Association.  Home sales jumped by 29 percent for the month, that's the highest monthly increase in the state since August of last year.  Median sale prices also saw a bump from year to year, with a 3.5% increase, to just about $135 thousand dollars.  Some counties fared much better than others.  La Crosse county's home sales for October versus last year shot up by 45%, with the median prices jumping nine percent to about $156 thousand.
