Questions About Health Care Linger

Governor Scott Walker says Wisconsin will not set up a health insurance exchange under President Barack Obama's Affordable Care Act. Instead, Walker told the Obama administration Friday that Wisconsin will leave that responsibility to the federal government. Leaves a lot of questions out there now says Gunderson Lutheran's, Michael Richards.

Richards says by not setting up its own exchange, Wisconsin will lose control over several key decisions over how easily consumers will be able to compare insurance plans, what plans can be sold through the exchange, what the plans must cover and their cost.
