Rasch Says Theres Work To Do
The $79 million referendum supported by Western Technical College passed Tuesday which means the college's Vision 2020 program can march forward. There was one main driving force behind wanting the referendum passed says WTC President, Lee Rasch.
The new buildings and increased number of students would add $97 million to the regional economy by 2034. Property taxes will increase by about $39 a year on a home worth $100 thousand.
