Nearly all in La Crosse city hall have agreed that the alternate side parking exemption experiment around UWL has been a failure.  But the experiment has also sparked discussion in city hall about how best to snow plow some streets during the alternate parking period of the winter

City councilman James Cherf is on a special committee that will tackle snow plowing strategy in the city.  The committee meets for the first time today.
