Developers have often complained about the complications of dealing with La Crosse city hall.   An effort to streamline that process is underway.  next month, the city council is expected to vote on a plan that would create an Economic Development Commission in the city.  A group tasked with handling development projects.  Needs to happen, says city council president Audrey Kader

Kader says the development commission will also provide more direction to city staff for development deals than they're getting now.
