Quite the homecoming party in Winona last weekend. More criminal charges have

been filed in connection with a loud party in Winona held last Friday night where 64 alleged underage drinkers were cited. Five people living at 577 Souix Street have now been charged with violating the city's social host ordinance. The five are scheduled to make their initial court appearances on the charges on December 10th.

It took seven officers, including some state patrol troopers, to round up the party goers. It took a search warrant to gain entry to the residence because the partiers refused to allow the officers to enter.
